(Brad Coleman poses with his father, Brandon, before his first Formula Car Race in 2002; he was 14 years old. Coleman will pilot the No. 27 Cottonelle Ford in Saturday's Meijer 300 at Kentucky Speedway.)

Happy Father's Day! From Brad Coleman

In honor of Father's Day, here is a quote from Brad Coleman, driver of the No. 27 Cottonelle Ford, regarding his father,
Brandon Coleman:
"My dad has been vital to my racing career and I am thankful he has been willing to help me pursue my dream. His love for the Lord and unyielding passion to help all kids is an inspiration to me. I have watched him dedicate over half of his life to helping kids and I am proud to be his son. When I finish races, he is always there to give me a handshake for a good job or a pat on the back when I am need of some encouragement. I consider myself lucky to spend time with him here at the track in Kentucky during the Father's Day weekend; something we did last year and I almost got a win. Hopefully, we can share a victory this week."

Finish Line to Feature Special Autism Speaks 'Goal Line'
Paint Scheme

Autism Speaks, the nation's leading non-profit organization dedicated to autism is championing an effort and encouraging race fans to cheer for a special goal at this weekend's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at the Dover International Speedway. This goal will extend far beyond the racecars crossing the finish line by bringing the NASCAR community a unique "Goal Line" dedicated to Autism Speaks.

In a first-of-its-kind, the proverbial black and white checkered finish line has been transformed into a symbolic paint scheme featuring the Autism Speaks blue puzzle piece logo alternating across the grid, forming the new "Goal Line" of the race. The puzzle piece, which symbolizes Autism Speaks and the missing piece of the autism puzzle, will commemorate the longstanding efforts of Autism Speaks and its dedication towards changing the future for all those who struggle with autism spectrum disorders.

On this special weekend, these puzzle pieces will help bring together the NASCAR community as one strong voice in finding the missing piece of the puzzle. The enhanced finish line will help shine a bright light on autism, a developmental disorder that now affects 1 in every 150 children. Race fans and sponsors are encouraged to make a donation to Autism Speaks each time their favorite driver crosses the "Goal Line" this weekend.

This special "Goal Line" is featured during all three NASCAR events this weekend at the Dover International Speedway. The "Goal Line" will play an integral role for all the drivers racing in the AAA Insurance 200, Heluva Good(r) 200 and Best Buy 400 benefiting Student Clubs for Autism Speaks.

Huggies and Pull-Ups Brands to Donate $10,000 to Women's
Auxiliary of Motorsports in Honor of NASCAR Moms
South Carolina-based Children's Chance beneficiary of
donation

DARLINGTON, S.C., May 5, 2008 - Huggies and Pull-Ups brands, along with Rite Aid Pharmacy, are delivering a special "thank you" to all moms this Mother's Day weekend. Huggies and Pull-Ups brands will be presenting the Women's Auxiliary of Motorsports with a $10,000 check at Darlington Raceway during the NASCAR race weekend to aid the organization's commitment to enriching the lives of women, children, and families. In addition to the donation, the Kimberly-Clark sponsored No. 27 Ford Fusion will honor all moms by featuring a special paint scheme of the Huggies, Pull-Ups and Rite Aid brands.

Cindi Coleman, mother of NASCAR Nationwide Series No. 27 driver Brad Coleman, and Ann Schrader, Women's Auxiliary of Motorsports board member and wife of NASCAR driver Ken Schrader, will be joined by Rite Aid representatives Julie Leonard and Lori Camp Rogan to present the $10,000 check. The donation will benefit Children's Chance, a nonprofit organization based in Columbia, S.C. that provides non-medical resources for South Carolina families who have children facing cancer.

"As 'Mom's No. 1 Fans,' Huggies and Pull-Ups brands are pleased to make this donation to support not only the NASCAR community, but families in the Carolina region that will benefit from our support," said Chris Bofinger, Consumer Promotion Manager for Kimberly-Clark's Baby & Child Care brands. "We also have put together a special gift for moms in the region - a Mother's Day value booklet with $15 worth of savings - that will be available in all Rite Aid stores in North Carolina and South Carolina during Mother's Day week." In addition, shoppers will find an offer for 20 FREE Photo Prints and a Pharmacy Transfer Gift Card offer.

Mother's Day is very special to Cindi Coleman and she values the time she spends with her family and especially the quality time with her children. "Family time is very important to the Coleman family," Coleman said about her family, which includes husband Brandon, sons Brandon III and Brad, and daughter Brooke. "Going to some of Brad's races, and traveling to see Brandon III and Brooke in support of all of their endeavors has given me the opportunity to share special moments with each of them, moments that I will cherish forever as a mother. I know all moms share those special moments with their children, which is why I am honored to be a part of the celebration with the Rite Aid, Huggies and Pull-Ups brands."

Ann Schrader shares those special moments with her husband and children, but the dedicated wife and mother has also been able to remain very active in numerous community activities. She currently serves as an officer on the board for the Women's Auxiliary of Motorsports. "Over the past 10 years as a board member with the Women's Auxiliary of Motorsports, and traveling with my own family, I have witnessed families facing many challenges," Schrader said.

"The Women's Auxiliary of Motorsports is so grateful to have Huggies and Pull-Ups brands make a charitable donation that will help women, children, and families through those tough times."

These leading brands understand that with their important responsibilities, not all mothers will be able to make it to the NASCAR Nationwide Series Diamond Hill Plywood 200 at Darlington Raceway on Friday, May 9. But, they can still take part of the Mother's Day celebration at Rite Aid stores throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

The No. 27 Rite Aid Ford Fusion also will make special appearances at select Rite Aid stores in the Carolinas, offering fans an up-close and personal look at one of Brad Coleman's race cars.

Allstate Teen Safe Driving Pit Stop Using Gillett Evernham Motorsports Drivers to Reach Parents and Teens

Event will bring Gillett Evernham Motorsports drivers to high schools before key NASCAR races in 2008

NORTHBROOK, Ill. April 23, 2008 – Allstate Insurance Company is using a group of athletes who drive fast for a living to caution parents and teens to slow down when making decisions behind the wheel.

By partnering with Gillett Evernham Motorsports (GEM), Allstate has created the Allstate Teen Safe Driving Pit Stop, an interactive, racing-focused program that will promote teen safe driving in key NASCAR markets throughout the year. The goal of the initiative is to facilitate communication between parents and teens about the importance of teen safe driving and provide tools to spark these conversations, including Allstate’s interactive Parent-Teen Driving Contract, available at www.allstate.com/teen. Allstate is the official insurance provider of GEM.

GEM NASCAR drivers Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler and Patrick Carpentier, as well as team owner Ray Evernham, will headline the Allstate Teen Safe Driving Pit Stops at high schools across the country prior to the Sprint Cup Series races in select markets. Joining them will be SPEED personality John Roberts, who will serve as emcee at all of the events. Events are being scheduled for Birmingham, Ala., Charlotte, N.C., and Richmond, Va., with other markets to be announced throughout the year.

“We are thrilled to use the Allstate Teen Safe Driving Pit Stop as an effective resource to reach parents and teens about issues related to teen safe driving,” said Lisa Cochrane, Allstate’s vice president of marketing. “Our sponsorship of Gillett Evernham Motorsports is a unique way to get these conversations started and we’re excited that Ray, Kasey, Elliott and Patrick were eager to participate.”

Highlights of the Allstate Teen Safe Driving Pit Stop will include an interactive discussion with GEM drivers and Evernham and an open forum and question and answer session between the drivers, parents and teens. The Allstate Safety Zone, an interactive safe driving mobile display, will also visit the high schools and provide illustrations of important safety components in NASCAR stock cars. Computer kiosks will be available for parents and teens to complete Allstate’s Interactive Parent-Teen Driving Contract at www.allstate.com/teen.

02/12/08 NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Brad Coleman will have 181 co-passengers with him when he races in Saturday’s Camping World 300 at historic Daytona International Speedway.

Through a unique partnership between Coleman’s primary sponsor, Kimberly-Clark, and retailer Kroger, the No. 27 Baker Curb Racing entry will sport a paint scheme that includes 181 Kroger employees from the southwest division that have been recognized for their service. “I keep looking at the different faces on the car and wonder what each of them has done to be recognized for their hard work,” said Coleman, who will be competing in the full NASCAR Nationwide Series campaign. “I know that each of those special Kroger employees is counting on me to work equally hard to bring all 181 of them into victory lane.”

The familiar No. 27 paint scheme has been replaced by the faces of the Kroger employees from various departments. The hood of the car garners the tag line that embodies the mission of all parties involved in the program: “Together, we’re powered to win.”
